Geoquip has been designing and manufacturing electronic perimeter security systems for industrial and military use for the last 20 years. The original Guardwire product range, based on a linear induced electro magnetic sensor, has undergone extensive research and development over the years, leading to the manufacture of the latest upgraded Alpha/Defensor system. New technologies introduced to the product range include RAFID, a covert radio frequency based system and CentrAlert, a computerised alarm management system.
