This flexible cost-effective 2 door kit includes one eXcel2 controller, eXguard Lite software (for up to 8 doors), two eXprox readers and 50 proximity cards. With a standard memory capacity for up to 5000 employees, this kit is an ideal solution for the small to medium systems market. Expandable to 16 doors by upgrading eXguard Lite software, each controller is equipped with 4 relays and 8 supervised inputs. Should the system grow then upgrade to eXguard Pro software for up to 24,000 employees and many more doors.

The eXpert 2 door controller (expandable to four doors) is a powerful unit capable of controlling and monitoring up to 48,000 employees. Extensive input/output board options enable integrated alarm management via TDSi’s eXguard Pro software. Flexible system network configuration includes RS485, TCP/IP or dial-up modem connectivity, enabling single or remote multi-site monitoring. In addition to alarm handling elevator control, CCTV serial interface and photo ID badging options are all possible, using the eXguard Pro software. The eXguard Pro SQL database software is Windows NT, 2000 and XP compatible. Entry Level Anti-Shoplifting System

MultiMax is designed specifically for independent-type retailers (e.g. small stores) as a competitively priced alternative to RF detection systems. MultiMax delivers a progressive and aesthetically attractive new pedestal priced, sized and featured for the small-store market.
Coverage. MultiMax is a small business solution designed to cover the single door width typically found in independent stores. A dual pedestal configuration will cover 1.2 m (4 ft.) openings. A single pedestal with Rangers will cover 0.9 m (3 ft.) openings.
Easy installation. MultiMax bolts to the floor and plugs into an ordinary electrical outlet. The cabling between the transmitter pedestal and the receiver can be routed over the top of the doorway or buried in the floor (no conduit needed).
Reliability. Delivers Ultra•Max performance. The MultiMax system automatically adjusts to the environment, including nearby Ultra•Max systems, to ensure optimal performance.
Self-diagnostics. Tags on merchandise displayed too close to any anti-shoplifting system will cause alarms and, possibly, an unnecessary service call. MultiMax’s advanced engineering can recognise the condition and will flash a unique warning light that lets the retailer know to move the merchandise at least 0.9 cm (3 ft.) away from the system.

SpeedDome Ultra VI - Advanced Programmable Dome Camera

The SpeedDome Ultra VI Advanced Programmable Dome Camera is a state-of-the-art programmable dome that incorporates all of the industry's cutting edge dome features. The dome's internal multi-protocol receiver enables the dome to be connected directly to a host of systems. This latest product in the successful SpeedDome product range is capable of providing sharp, detailed images, even under extremely poor lighting conditions such as in unlit buildings. The Speed Dome Ultra VI has a 23x optical zoom, and magnification of up to 184x can be achieved in combination with the digital zoom. If the lighting conditions worsen dramtically, the camera automatically switches from day (colour) to night (black/white) mode and therefore provides clear images, even under the worst of lighting conditions. Thanks to automatic white balancing and dynamic backlighting compensation, the SpeedDome Ultra VI can operate at both extremely high and extremely low light levels. For example, if a person enters a building the bright daylight in the background often makes the person difficult to recognise. The dynamic light adaptation of the dome camera provides a clearer and brighter image than would be possible with the human eye in this case.
The power of the 184x magnification facility means that the SpeedDome Ultra VI does not just record events taking place far away, such as people or vehicles crossing extensive external grounds, but can also record them under extremely poor lighting conditions. This dome camera makes it easy to monitor buildings at night because people and objects are clearly emphasised, even if it is extremely dark.
The Speed Dome Ultra VI facility also has an integrated direction indicator, which shows the area of the camera’s 360-degree recording radius where the recorded images originated.

Bewator Launch Entro Version Four
|
Building on the world wide success of Entro, Bewator has launched Entro 4. Designed for commercial and industrial buildings Entro 4 is suitable for use with a wide range of card readers, Hands-Free, proximity and magstripe readers are all compatible.
Bewator Entro can be configured with system controllers in a number of ways, controllers and readers can be connected to the existing office network (LAN), eliminating the cost of separate interfacing equipment and minimising long cable runs.
For corporations that require the system to be independent of its location, the internet can be used to control the access system permitting world wide control from one location. Entro 4 can also be locally wired and connected directly to a PC.y.
Catering for up to 512 doors and 12,000 people, the flexibility of Entro allows one system to be specified within a multi-tenant building. Each tenant, using their own PC, maintains control for the security of their individual part, whilst the building manager retains command over the whole system.
Version 4 includes a reservation function as standard, enabling staff to reserve access to specified rooms at a certain time. For example, employees can book a specific conference room over the internet and be given a unique entry code to gain access. This new function could also be used by leisure centres and sports clubs, allowing members to book squash courts or other facilities.

Bewator has introduced a number of improvements to the highly successful Surcha Minidome range following its acquisition last year.
The Minidome already provides high quality indoor and outdoor surveillance in numerous leading high street stores and commercial premises.
Optical encoder technology gives improved pre-set accuracy, reliability and a longer life than conventional potentiometers, so the Surcha Minidome now comes with a full one-year warrantee, even when used for continuous tours.
Further enhancements provide full proportional speed control at all times, regardless of zoom position, thus ensuring the operator is always in control at all times; plus 'Privacy - Zone' masking option for external camera versions.
Now part of the Bewator stable of CCTV hardware. It also features improved more attractive styling, more discreet casing, and inbuilt Visilynx/600 and other major control protocols and the added option of telemetry control over the coax.

RX3 Proves Success For Bewator
|
Bewator’s new RX3 telemetry receiver is proving a popular choice for town centre schemes.
With an increasing requirement for privacy zones in public area CCTV systems, schemes across the country are making full use of the receivers’ new functions.
The RX3 allows the size and shape of the required privacy zone to be automatically adjusted to compensate for any changes in the camera and zoom angle.
For operators, the privacy zone function is programmable via an easy to follow, on screen menu. A box is drawn around the designated zone, to mask out the area, and users have the choice to alter the degree of opacity in the zone.
The new receiver has been designed with ease of installation as a top priority. Each terminal is clearly marked for individual functions, and rather than a common terminal for all neutral components, five separate neutral connection points are available.
Molynx RS485 twisted pair and ‘over the coax’ telemetry are both standard on every model, as is the integral video amplifier that allows the installer to adjust the picture quality from the monitor, eliminating the need for a second engineer at the camera during commissioning.
With 99 camera presets and on-screen programmable text, the unit is encased in a tough weatherproof housing to ensure the system remains operational in even the harshest weather conditions.

This professional access control system is recommended for offices, garages, companies, homes etc. to restrict access to the area to a group of users. Only the enabled codes will open the access door controlled by the keypad. The new piece of equipment allows up to 100 user codes.
This system involves wider and more flexible access control as each user can have his or her own code. In this way, if the system administrator wants to create or delete a code or a user forgets it or wants to change it, this can be done individually, without the need to change it for the other users.
Codes can be of up to 6 digits. The keypad has a second relay output to activate a second door, alarm, etc. Programming the system is carried out very simply from the keypad itself, following the process indicated in the corresponding manual included with each piece of equipment.
The new anti-vandal version MEMOKEY keypad also includes a free access button and the keyboard is self lit.
